The word has been coming out from different sources; Michael Floyd is on his way back.
There has been nothing official yet from Notre Dame, but rumor has it, that a certain wide receiver has been cleared by Brian Kelly for summer workouts.
While Floyd has been cleared by Residence Life for the fall semester, he has remained on his indefinite suspension from the football team by Brian Kelly. What Floyd’s involvement with the upcoming summer workouts mean, is that he is doing all of the things asked by Coach Kelly. Floyd is proving that he means business.
While there has been little doubt in this bloggers mind that Floyd would return to the team, and return early; it is still a nice bit of news. If Notre Dame is going to make its mark upon the college football world this year as a sleeping tiger that has woke up hungry and completely pissed off- it has to have Floyd back in full swing for the entire season.
