Welcome to Bagpipe Monday. Friends, there is nothing sweeter than claiming redemption through absolute vengeance. It doesn’t necessarily point north on the moral compass, but it will almost always get you to where you want to go.
Notre Dame exercised that philosophy two-fold on Saturday. First, and foremost, they absolutely destroyed the United States Naval Academy. After years of struggle, this game was the beatdown we should always expect. Secondly, because of that “vengeance,” the team was able to find redemption within themselves and with the coaches.
