On Saturday, Notre Dame plays host to an invading force from the west; Utah. However, they may have a bigger problem on their hands; The Subway Domer. That’s right, The Subway Domer and the Old Man are making their annual trip to the Golden Dome.
Some context:
For many years, I averaged around 3-4 home games a year. Even in 2007, I made it to 5 of the games in South Bend (true fan). However, I made some changes to my lifestyle and in 2008, I decided to only attend 1 home game a year, until I felt that the program was back on top. I attended Pitt in 2008 (3OT loss). Then, last year, UConn…LOSS.
Now I wait anxiously to see if the streak will end against Utah. Maybe drinks with KGG and the Henson Family will help break the cycle.
