Hafis Williams becomes the 11th verbal commit for the 2008 incoming freshman class at Notre Dame. He is a defensive tackle, but projects more as a defensive end in college. The 6′ 4″ prospect is a beast. His profile has him listed as 260 lbs., but word is that he has hit the weight room hard and is up to 285-290 lbs. ND is raking in the defensive talent, thanks in part to new defensive coordinator Darth Brown. To put this into context, we had 4 commits at this time last year.
