The San Diego Chargers took Manti Te'o early in the second round with the 38th pick overall. This ends the national speculation of just where Te'o would land. Te'o grew up idolizing Junior Seau and could have followed him to USC, but ended up at Notre Dame. Now we can let the expectation level continue to go berserk.
