Welcome to Bagpipe Monday on Subway Domer! After bitchslapping myself, I think I’m ready to het this season underway. All of the recent conference expansion talk, NCAA rule breakers, and even uniform stuff caused me to have a rage attack. (Think panic attack- but instead of curling up into a ball and crying, you are punching everything in sight while crying).
BUT… I’m ready. This “bye week” before the season officially starts, should be a time for all of us to get that last minute crap finished. Does the barn need cleaned out? Finish it. Does the pool need closed? Finish it. Is there a wild cougar in the field behind you? Finish it.
The point is, is that the season is here. No matter the amount of “days left till kickoff,” the season is officially HERE! Celebrate bitches!
