At the begining of the season, when there was a lot of chatter going on about the Nike Pro Combat jerseys that would be used this year, I had some conversations with a few friends of mine. Basically, we all agreed that if Notre Dame had Nike as its uniform supplier, the Pro Combat jerseys would be unbelievable… in a good way.
Think about it for a minute. How cool could these things be? I am a traditionalist at heart, but having 1 game a year blocked off for an “alternate jersey” game would be a nice change of pace. I wonder what some of these would look like?…
