The Man Cave QB Podcast Returns!
I kicked off the 2013 Season with two of my favorite all-time guests. First up is Maggie Gray (pictured) of Sports Illustrated and host of SI Now weekdays at 1pm EST. I was fortunate enough to work with Maggie while covering high school sports for MSG (Madison Square Garden) TV in 2009/10 prior to her heading off for the SI gig. She's one of the hardest working professionals I've ever encountered and her rising stardom and success has been a joy to watch. We caught up on the podcast and discusses some of the national media perspectives about the Irish heading into the season.
Also joining the show is Notre Dame grad, former Sports Illustrated staffer, 2012/13 UND.com, columnist, Twitter agitator, and NYC steak server – John Walters. A regular guest on the 2012 shows – John returns on the debut episode in 2013 to give his opinions on Tommy Rees, breakout stars on offense, high school long distance runners and Yasiel Puig. Pretty standard goulash of topics with The MediumHappy.com renaissance man on the line.
Because these interviews lasted a little longer than I expected you get the added bonus of yours truly offering opinions at a very bare minimum this week. That's not going to last. Thanks for all the support to our loyal listeners & enjoy.
